Job Details:

• Schedule: Part-time,

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be available to work on-call with a flexible schedule.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working as a security guard.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

The primary duties of the security guard include:

• Entry control: checking employee identification and allowing entry, checking visitor identification, issuing visitor passes, completing visitor logs, issuing vehicle passes, and being observant of suspicious activity and persons.
• Alarm monitor:
  • Respond to alarms using the Perimeter Intrusion Detection System and make immediate assessments and take necessary actions
  • Respond to the wall-mounted duress alarm.
  • Investigate all 911 calls made from within the facility and provide assistance to first responders when needed
• CCTV operation: Use the CCTV system to generally maintain site surveillance and as a primary tool to assess perimeter alarms.

• 
  Assisting visitors and employees as needed by giving directions.
