Your Role:

Constellation Digital Partners (CDP) has created the world's first open digital services application platform dedicated to the credit union industry. We're looking for a capable, motivated, flexible and highly organized individual to work directly with our credit union customers. The Project Manager will serve as a multi-functional generalist overseeing all aspects of project implementations. This team member will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. A primary role of the Project Manager will be to liaise with the customers to understand their requirements and plan for a seamless implementation. The individual will lead and participate in meetings with external stakeholders as well as CDP management. The success of the Project Manager will be measured by successful adoption of the platform by our customers.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects of varying scope
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery by creating project plans, coordinating resources, managing timelines and enforcing project deadlines
  • Ensure issues and risks are identified, tracked, reported and resolved. Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Lead internal and external status meetings. Report on project status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Educate the customer on how the platform and services meet the customer's requirements and recommend configurations to enable the customer's desired experience
  • Create, document and implement customer-driven processes and procedures
  • Perform post-project reviews and use the results to continuously improve processes

  • An advocate for the client balanced against the needs / capabilities of internal stakeholders

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office product suite, Gantt charts and process flow creation
  • Required to adhere to organizational policies, procedures, standards, and controls as well as comply with all federal and state laws and regulations.
