Jani-Serv, Inc. is now hiring, and we want you to be a part of our team. As our company continues to grow rapidly our cleaning and maintenance services. We are looking for self-motivated sales agents to answer calls and emails and set up an outside sales team. Additionally call on our database to offer services, for example janitorial, supply management and building maintenance, window & floor cleaning, and cleaning services.

• PAID TRAINING
• Lunches, Games, Cash Prizes
• 30-35 hours a week
• Routine employee evaluations for pay raises and promotions.

THE POSITION:

• Inbound lead management & Outbound emailing, calling and more marketing
• Learn our 5 Star Markeitng and Service Processes
• Work hours are between M-F 8 am-4 pm MST
• Communicating effectively with managers, clients, and customers
• Learn how to get out in the community as well and close your deals.
• Oppurtunity to get vehicle, cell, gas and turn into one of our FT outside sales team with unlimited growth

THE APPLICANT:

• Must have strong and effective communication skills
• Goal & Sales driven
• Must have basic computer skills
• You will need a workspace free from distraction
• Experience in marketing,communications is key, or sales is a plus
• Basic knowledge of service businesses, CRM, customer service, how to get to decision-makers
