The Inside Sales Representative is a revenue producing position with opportunity for commission/bonuses on added sales. Responsible for actively guiding each sales lead or high opportunity service call to a final disposition (sold, no, bought elsewhere, etc…). This position requires high levels of time management and communication skills with customers and outside sales representatives or technicians. Meeting and exceeding internal and external expectations is required. A minimum three-year customer service or sales experience is required.
