We're looking for professional to join our training team who has a passion for clarity, creativity, and helping people learn. Ideally, you have experience designing and building elearning assets, especially videos/animations.

The Amazon Security Awareness team supports the Amazon network with programs to increase security awareness and proficiency. You will create training and awareness material for both internal and external customers. S/he will ensure the training raises the security bar at Amazon, exemplifies the voice of Amazon, and empowers employees and customers to have confidence in foundational security concepts. Creating engaging, inclusive, and accessible security training assets, are a key function of this role.

You must be able to:

• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
• Perform needs analysis to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of the learning objectives and audience.
• Develop security awareness eLearning, videos, and support aids.
• Produce videos or animations leveraging existing footage and stills.
• Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in the design and development of elearning assets with an emphasis on videos and animations. Experience with Adobe Premiere, Vyond, or equivalent software. Must be familiar with WCAG 2.1 standard.
