Researches, identifies, tests, implements and leverages technical solutions, including artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions, to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness of the program. Identifies opportunities for technical solutions to improve integration of operational project aspects. Facilitates analysis sessions to define opportunities for new or improved technical infrastructure solutions; this includes testing of emerging technology to meet operational needs and recommending deployment plans. Integrates research and development efforts with project-level efforts within the program to create shared learning and best practices. Maintains current knowledge of applicable and emerging technologies including tools used to analyze internet-based activity.

Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or a related technical discipline; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Requires 5+ years' experience.

SECRET clearance required, TS/SCI preferred.
