What You’ll Do:
The Journeyman Service Electrician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and company-sponsored programs.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Complete all general electrical in-home service calls
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and service club agreements
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, summary of findings, and podium reviews

What We’d Like You to Have
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position. An Oregon General Journeyman's license or two-year residential card is required. Knowledge of local electrical codes. Residential service or installation experience is preferred.

• Wages for this position are $50-$60 an hour, plus bonus incentives. Our electricians average between $120K-$160K a year!

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
