About the Position

Under the direction of a Landscape Construction Foreman, perform landscape installation tasks to help team meet quality, safety, and service standards and budget allowances. Seasonal, full time position (March through November) with potential opportunity to continue working into winter months. Additional snow removal work opportunities available during winter months.


Responsibilities
Typical activities include, but are not limited to...

  • Removal & installation landscapes using hands, tools, & equipment.
  • Excavation, grading and transport of soils and debris.
  • Transport and installation of various landscape materials.
  • Install softscape, hardscape, irrigation & drainage.
  • Prep organize and clean tools, equip, trucks and jobsite.
  • Perform / lead snow removal work in when needed
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Requirements

  • Driving record and license in good standing.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely on one’s own.
  • Ability and willingness to work 5 days per week with minimal unplanned absences. (Overtime hours available throughout the season as weather and schedule permits. 4 day work weeks / 3 day weekends as weather and schedule permits.)
  • Proactive, organized and reliable team player with positive attitude.
  • Experienced smartphone user.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, we participate in E-Verify.
  • Ability to work safely, in hot, cold, dry, or wet weather up to 10 hours per day.

Helpful But Not Required

  • Professional construction or landscaping experience.
  • NALP Certification
