AJ's Lawn Service is hiring! We are a local business in Fayetteville that is looking for a motivated individual that enjoys working outside and doing hands on work. We are looking for a potential operator that would run mowers and other equipment, as well as other maintenance tasks. Experience is preferred but not required. The majority of our business is general lawn maintenance, but we also do a fair amount of landscaping.
Great compensation, weekly paychecks, minimum of 40 hours per week; but many weeks exceed that. 1.5x overtime over 40 hours. We offer annual pay raises but we also do pay adjustments for excellent employees anytime. This is not a seasonal job, this is a long term opportunity with great potential for advancement.
