LANDSCAPING ROCKSTARS NEEDED!

FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Markland Services, Inc is a growing company that specialize in landscaping, deck building and property drainage solutions. During the Winter season we transition to snow and ice management along with interior home improvement projects.

Who we are looking for:

• Landscaping maintenance team leader with at least two years of experience in the lawn maintenance/mowing business.
• Landscape construction team leader with pro knowledge of patio and wall building, etc.
• Landscaping technicians to join our leadership staff in completing projects and maintaining properties.

No experience is required to fill the landscaping technician position we will train you!

• Annual salary $19,0000-$40,0000 plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lawn and landscape maintenance.
• Landscape construction of patios/walls/walkways/decks, etc.
• Pruning of shrubs and trees.
• Weeding of planting bed and garden areas.
• Application of fertilizers/ herbicides for lawns and weed control.
• Installation of soils, mulches, stone and plantings.
• Leaf and debris removal from client properties.
• Lawn and planting beds installations.
• Deliveries of materials and supplies for projects.
• Assist in construction projects ( decks, patios, drainage, etc.)
• Properly maintain equipment, tools, trailers and trucks.
• Leading small teams in project completion/ property maintenance ( team leaders)
• Other labor services.

Employee Requirements

• Valid driving license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• At least 18 years old.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to work late if needed (past 5pm)
• Willing to learn and master the operation of landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
• Background check with no violent felony convictions.
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
• We provide our clients with top quality service, applicants must be quality focused.
• Applicants must be willing to learn our techniques and process for delivering high quality in all that we do. Be the best you can be!
• We work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed. 7-8am start time depending upon the season.
• Previous experience in landscaping maintenance /landscape construction is required for a team leader position.
• Previous experience is a plus but not necessary for a landscape technician position.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Have you ever been a foreman or project manager for landscaping services?

• Have you worked on a professional lawn mowing crew for at least 1 full season? If so Please let us know what mowing equipment you have used.

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
