About us

We are a professional, agile, client-centric Law Firm and our goal is to consistently and proactively take a Client-centered approach. You will act as the ‘face’ of our Law Firm and ensure Clients and visitors receive a warm welcome. You will help coordinate all front desk day to day activities, including calls, appointments and customer service. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate has a solid Client service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to everyone.

We are seeking a Receptionist who has extensive experience handling phones, customer service and general clerical duties for our growing Law Firm. The ideal candidate for this position is a creative and energetic professional who will work closely with our team to efficiently and effectively answer all incoming inquiries, respond to client issues, and create a comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, direct and screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls.
  • Answer inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
  • Provide support to the legal staff.
  • Deal with difficult clients.
  • Answer emails.
  • Maintain attorney's calendar of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Organize and order business cards, supplies and other documents.
  • Open new Client files .
  • Order and track Client records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
