Hiring bonus of $200 cash paid after 1 month of work!

Outdoor Care, LLC is a growing company and in search of a lawn care specialist. We are looking for honest, energetic, hardworking experienced people to join our great team! We are based out of Bloomington where most of our work is done as well. Routes are close together so there isn't a lot of driving.

We work 7:30-5 Monday- Friday with no work on weekends and holidays off as well. If you are looking for extra hrs, more work is always available.

Previous lawn care experience is needed if you want to be on a lawn crew being able to run stand on mowers, walk behinds, trimmers and pull a trailer. If you don't have any experience we always need employees for general maintenance or labor on a landscaping crew.

We are hoping to make this a long term employment so you don't have to keep looking for new jobs every year.

Year around positions are available to all hires. During the winter plowing and shoveling crews are needed using tractors, wheel loaders, bobcats, and trucks along with other small jobs to keep you busy all winter long.

Full time work is available but we understand schedules are crazy and are flexible. We use new nice equipment so you don't haven to spend all your time waisted with repairs.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
