We at Fairview Health Services are looking for a Patient Registration Lead to join Maplewood Specialty Clinic in Maplewood, Minnesota. Responsibilities/Job Description:
The working lead serves as the “go to” person to assist with communication, coordinate and provide training, orientation, and department assimilation. Encourages and motivates team for immediate problem resolution, provides a consistent presence. Anticipates, identifies, and reports departmental areas of concern to clinic supervisor. Fosters and promotes a collaborative and effective team environment. Completes sophisticated and/or high-level project work but is not a substitute for team member thinking and initiative.
  • Coordinates daily activities of work team to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Responds to and helps resolve operation issues, including provider issues.
  • Coordinates staff orientation and training.
  • Promotes team environment within department, other site departments and other clinics.
Qualifications:

Preferred

Education
    Experience
    • Two to three years of experience in functional area is preferred.
    License/Certification/Registration
