QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of verifiable experience as a residential installer (commercial experience is considered)

• The ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed

• A clean driving record and the ability to pass both a background check and drug test
n
• A provable track record in HVAC systems

• The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
