Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and develops technology training curricula, material, and programs to support enterprise-wide projects:
- Analyzes learning needs and partners with Project Managers, Technical and Business Subject Matter Experts to design and develop training approach and course content.
- Documents timeline for content development and delivery
- Creates visual content such as diagrams, charts, etc. to support learning.
- Plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation efforts, including online help screen:
- Elicit technical content and translate for a non-technical audience.
- Translates business specifications into user documentation.
- Sources and coordinates external computer-based training resources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of related experience.

Preferred Experience:
- Communicating with all levels of the organization, ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise language for multiple audiences.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with documentation publishing software such as Camtasia or SnagIt.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged sitting.
- Requires continuous use of computer.
- May lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lbs.
- Requires regular and predictable attendance.
