The Job: Leasing Consultant

We are excited to be hiring immediately an outgoing, engaging, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Braden Fellman Group in Atlanta, GA! In this role you are the face of the property, a key member of the team and so very important in working with prospective future residents and managing their transition to their new home with us.

As the Leasing Consultant you will...

• Be the first person perspective future resident(s) meet. As well as a connection with the residents living at the property.

• Sell future residents with an image of everything the property, community and property management team have to offer. This includes working with prospective residents on their “must-haves” vs “prefer-to-haves” and matching it to what’s available.
• Manage much of the administrative tasks, some of those being: background/credit/income verification, move-in coordination, marketing strategies, property tours and leasing paperwork.

• Work closely with the team (Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager & Maintenance Team) daily as it takes every position working together to manage the property successfully. Including the property appearance and upkeep.

About You:

• You’re outgoing, friendly, personable, positive, comfortable talking to people and able to build rapport.

• Independent, strong communicator who enjoys being a part of a team that achieves goals together.
• Problem solver with great organization skills that can manage administrative tasks who loves to meet deadlines.
• Have strong selling and persuasion skills
• Excited to work with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company that is interested in your growth and development.
• Have a deep love for Atlanta and enjoys building a sense of community.

• Received an associates or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or relevant degree OR has a high school diploma with many, if not all the key skills listed above.
