Established, mid-size law firm in downtown Honolulu seeks an experienced legal assistant to provide support in areas such as estate planning, real estate, and business law . Must be a dependable, organized team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, energized environment.
Duties include typing, filing, scanning, scheduling appointments, calendaring, billing, communicating with clients, and other office duties as may be required.
Minimum requirements are as follows:
* possess an advanced working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
* possess good communication skills
* type at least 60 wpm
* able to work independently and as part of a team when required
* have a great attitude
Prior law firm experience preferred.
