Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will provide support for a variety of law-related activities, including legal or factual research and document retrieval, preparation and analysis

• Respond to subpoenas or other third-party requests for production of documents
• Prepare summary of events leading up to litigation, including time-line, placing particular emphasis on events that may have led to litigation
• Review legal documents submitted by policy holders to the business units, such as estate documentation, wills, trusts, and guardianship papers; determines whether document meets State requirements

• 1+ year of work-related experience
• Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite software
