RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the Standards of Nursing Care and Follows the policies and Procedures set forth by the State Board of Nursing, Department of Health and the Company
• Ensure Compliance with Resident Medication Assistance Guidelines Outlined in Company Policy and Procedure Manual
• Supervise and Train Resident Care Assistant Team Members
• Conduct Monthly Resident Assessments
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Nursing Notes and Records
• Collaborate with other Team Members to Improve Residents’ Quality of Life

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently Licensed as an LPN by the Alabama State Board of Nursing
• Required to Pass a Background Check
• Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends
• Must Possess a Team Spirit, Good Character, and Personal Integrity
