Admissions/Access team

Full-Time (1.0 or 80hrs. per biweekly pay period)

Evening Shift (4- 12)

Seeking an experienced LPN to work 4pm - 12am (midnight) on our Access/Admissions team. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the RN Access Evenings supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties. Must be able to complete 6-8 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation.
