As a Life Agent, your role will involve helping military service members secure their futures and protect their families by providing them with the best possible life insurance options as well as educating them on their military benefits. We are dedicated to supporting our agents with flexible schedules, free leads, complete training, and bonus pay to ensure success in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional life insurance services to military service members and their families.
• Educate clients on their military benefits and the importance of life insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• A State life insurance license is preferred, but not required.
• Prior service and military dependents are given special consideration.

This is a commission-based position, and new agents can expect to make around $80,000-$100,000 in their first year, depending on their experience and sales performance. We provide complete training and also pay for temporary insurance licensing for those new to the industry. Ongoing support is also provided to ensure the success and growth of our agents.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
