Job Description

Dynamic boutique Texas litigation firm is seeking a plaintiff's personal injury litigation paralegal with minimum of three years of personal injury litigation experience for the Harlingen, TX location.

The candidate will manage a docket of cases from inception to trial. The ideal candidate has a strong personal injury background, excellent attention to detail, process oriented, sound judgment and writing and research skills. *preferred candidate has experience in complex litigation; experience in real estate litigation and probate litigation a plus.

The right candidate will have the ability to work independently with good organization skills, process management, and a strong work ethic.

The paralegal will work closely with the attorney assisting with demands, discovery, pleadings, e-filing, and motion practice.

Paralegals with no litigation experience need not apply.

*It is expected that you will be able to take a file from where it is and run with it.

Minimum of a paralegal certificate preferred. Spanish a plus.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
