With our continued growth, we are looking for a Locate Administrator to join our team in our Fond Du Lac, WI office.

The Role

  • Research and obtain all required data for successful locate submissions
  • Prepare, submit, and track all required locate applications for multiple projects concurrently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of locate requirements
  • Ensure accurate tracking of locate submission timelines for all city, county, and/or state agencies
  • Ensure timely distribution of locate requirements and timelines to all appropriate parties; internally and externally
  • Confer with project managers, engineers, and/or contractors to ensure accuracy of project data
  • Communicate directly with locate agencies as needed
  • Complete audits to ensure all locates were completed as required
  • Maintain accurate records of each locate process
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Prior knowledge or experience with construction locates a plus
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new software efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to changes
  • Ability to champion a positive environment with a can-do attitude
