Responsibilities

  • Schedule: AM shift, full time position.
  • Answer client inquiries via phone and email
  • Proactively track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate directly with our clients regarding service failures
  • Generating domestic and international shipping documents
  • Scheduling vendor pick ups
  • Monitoring time-sensitive same-day courier requests and notifying clients of any issues.
  • Use our Hubspot CRM and WorldTrak Transportation Management Software (TMS)
  • Process international quote requests and book shipments
  • Review and process shipment documents ensuring they are accurate and have all required information
  • Ensure that Mercury TMS is kept up to date with accurate, detailed, and complete information for each shipment
  • Add vendor and customer charges
  • Comply with all company business processes and work instructions

Who We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate for the role of Squad Logistics Guide to provide Logistics Client Support will be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, performing well under tight deadlines. You are a great multi-tasker and do well under pressure. We are the first line of contact for our clients so our client support team must be skilled communicators and relationship builders. This position is instrumental in providing the level of superb care and commitment that our clients have come to expect and depend on from Mercury.
