The primary objective of the Inside Sales Specialist is to be a direct representative capable of making sound decisions on behalf of Express. This individual is responsible for generating additional sales through follow-up on unclosed sales appointments and saving potential cancellation of sales orders before installation. They will serve as a back-up for the Sales Managers when the Design Consultants need assistance with pricing or closing while on site. This position will interact with various departments including sales, operations, order entry, purchasing and the call center.
This individual will be involved in creating a positive customer sales experience and driving 5 Star Reviews. This person will drive the achievement of stated goals and ensure program success with a high sense of urgency and focus on incremental revenue generation. This is a fast-paced environment where creating urgency and excitement over the phone is important.
