The Company

Tex-Mix Concrete is a family owned and operated company that has been competitive in the ready-mix industry for over 25 years. We supply ready-mix concrete for residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects in Waco, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding communities.

Principle Accountabilities

• Customer service is the primary responsibility of the position.
• Expected to handle heavy phone volume in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work heavily on computer. Must be comfortable learning and working with different software and programs.
• Expected to develop strong working relationships with cohorts and customers.
• Jointly coordinate with operations and sales to resolve problems and provide service.
• Data and order entry.

• Brand new dispatch office in the Vista 29 Development in Liberty Hill, TX
