What does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Production Machine Operator works on automated manufacturing equipment, like conveyor belts and lifts or forklifts. The production facility has a need to keep the machines in excellent condition to produce Coca-Cola products.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor equipment replenishing materials as needed throughout the shift
  • Set up machinery ensuring all materials are available
  • Visually inspect production run and document results
  • Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
  • Float between multiple production lines at a time
  • Quality reviews of equipment as assigned maintaining safety and performance standards
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Willing to learn and operate assigned production equipment
  • 1 plus years of work experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred
  • Perform essential functions with little or no supervision
  • Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
