Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Willmar, MN
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

This position will be based in our Willmar, MN plant. We have been in business for nearly 50 years. We are currently looking to bring on a Maintenance Manager to our team to help continue to improve our overall department. We manufacture an assortment of products to service multiple industries.

- Lead our maintenance team by being a hands-on manager by training and developing other technicians on the floor.
- Manage budgets and identify ways to implement continuous improvement methods to create cost-saving actions
- work with other departments to identify new and better ways to increase production while maintaining quality standards.
