The company is currently hiring a Maintenance Tech.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily inspection of equipment.
  • Refurbishes furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters.
  • Responds in a courteous manner to all guest questions, requests and complaints.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnostic skills, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, meters and material handling equipment.
  • Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the entire facility.
  • Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Performs preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
  • Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electric, and/or HVAC preferred
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the hotel based on business needs
