Requirements:

At least 4 years of general maintenance and repair experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, knowledge/skill in building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques. Work involves exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, and loud noises, and completing tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs may occur occasionally.

Pay:

$27.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. (depending on experience).

Hours:

1st Shift, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday with overtime opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and servicing machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, and fixtures, operating forklifts/dollies to load/unload equipment, and operating trucks to transport materials, supplies, and equipment. Other duties include performing general carpentry and painting, replacing windows, repairing the furniture, and proper facility maintenance while following all operating instructions and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
