What We Need:
Analyst role responsible for performing daily cash management functions, bank administration, and serving as liaison with other departments regarding cash management related matters.

What You'll Do:
Facilitate daily cash management functions including, but not limited to, analyzing daily cash position, executing wire transfers and ACH transactions, establishing available cash for investment, and conducting cash transaction-based research and resolving issues.
Coordinate bank administration function, which includes opening and closing bank accounts, processing banking service changes, obtaining required legal documentation, and overseeing security administration of user access and entitlements to banking portals.
Report and maintain records for cash operation activities, review account analysis statements for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and coordinate standby letter of credit program.

What You'll Need:
Minimum of 1-3 years of cash management experience required.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred.
Knowledge of cash management systems and banking portals preferred.
Familiarity with letters of credit preferred.
Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team.
Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment – must escalate appropriate issues to management in a timely fashion.
Must be detail-oriented – with strong attention to accuracy and problem solving. “Following-up until resolved” skills are a must.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.
