Responsibilities:
As a Competitive Intelligence Professional, you will monitor, research, and analyze assigned competitors and their products. You will also study recent activity in the industry and select vehicle manufacturers to understand the current landscape in the industry. Utilizing this information, you’ll create pertinent tools and materials to help the Reynolds and Reynolds sales force and other teams complete their jobs more effectively. The tools you create help our teams demonstrate the value Reynolds’ products and services provide to dealerships.
In addition, you will confer with Sales and other teams across the company about the competitive landscape. You will communicate with members of the sales team when they are in unique selling situations to provide them with competitive information they can use. Building strong rapport with internal and external clients is an integral part of your success in this position. Duties also include writing stories and articles as well as presenting at sales training sessions in which you will discuss new products and other significant events in the competitor world.
