Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to direct the overall branding & communications of ECC.

Core Duties

  • Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia format
  • Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions, and cultivate relationships.
  • Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation, to stay relevant and effective.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
  • Design, implement, and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans.
  • Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
  • Maintain a database of media organizations and contacts within them.
  • Manage the company’s or organization’s social media communications.
  • Create and produce internal newsletters for the organization.
  • Write, edit, and distribute various types of content, including material for a website, marketing material, and other types of content that take the message to the public.
  • Prepare and manage the organization’s communication budget.
  • Resident and family customer service, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Review, and compile results to identify trends, and areas of opportunity to provide excellent customer service and care.

Resident Rights

  • Knows and respects patient’s rights
  • Ensures protected health information is kept confidential
  • Reports complaints made by patients to the supervisor
  • Reports allegations of patient abuse, neglect, and/or misappropriation of patient property

Other Duties

  • Sort and properly address business office-related mail
  • Ensure prompt response to Resident/Representative’s financial inquiries

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Related Field, and/or at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
