We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for our customer, County Materials in Marathon, WI.


The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by organizing systems and communicating with customers and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Job Duties

  • Create and update work orders to reflect timelines and responsibilities
  • Participate in project management and process efficiencies meetings, taking notes and updating systems to reflect changes
  • Escalate at-risk and overdue projects to project managers and stakeholders
  • Oversee inventory for County Closet, Company Branded Resources (CBR), and Variable Print Supplies (VPS)
  • Create monthly eblasts in Constant Contact
  • Establish and maintain vendor relations
  • Coordinate print supplies by distributing assets, proofs, and artwork and requesting purchase orders
  • Serve as a communications liaison between the Marketing Department and other internal departments and key personnel
  • Review, approve, and code marketing invoices
  • Collect and upload assets to MediaValet (data asset management)

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or similar role
  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple individuals and projects
  • Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with impressive leadership traits
  • Experience with project management tools, data asset management software, and Microsoft Office products
  • Proactive, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
