Full Job Description

The Marketing Team Member is a hard-working and reliable member of team, accountable for collating and organizing print materials, fulfilling large orders and assisting the Marketing Manager with creative projects, including editing, creating and posting videos and podcasts, social media posts, email campaigns, and other tasks as requested,

Responsibilities

· Edit and print all store media content, including displays, cards, images, pamphlets, etc.

· Print, collate, organize, and disseminate large quantities of printed material.

· Ensure visually stunning products and brand consistency across all media.

· Assist in product photography.

· Assist in graphics design and other creative projects.

· Support the Marketing Manager in creating top-tier video and podcast content.

· Utilize marketing, communication, and social media platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Weedmaps, EyeRate, Leafly, etc.

· Assist in monitoring email marketing and social media campaigns.

· Assist with digital library asset management.

· Assist with special projects and events.

· Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager and management team.

Requirements

· High School diploma, or equivalent.

· Must pass a background check.

· Experience with graphics design and related software.

· Experience editing and printing.

· Experience editing and taking product photography.

· You are comfortable with repetitive work and can maintain consistent high-quality output.

· You possess a strong attention to detail, demonstrate good communication skills, and have exceptional organization.

· You are a team-player and don’t mind putting in the hours when needed.

· You can comfortably lift and move boxes of printed material.

· You have an aptitude for photography and graphics design.

· You are comfortable using editing software and various social media platforms.

· You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt with changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
