Job Summary:

Medical Assistant assists with the treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.

Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Performs select clinical duties.
• Fits patients with DME/braces in office
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patient's charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Education & Experience:

• HS or Equivalent
• Previous experience working in a physician office or clinical setting
• 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
• EMR experience- Kareo a plus
