We are looking for quality, compassionate resident caregivers and med techs for our brand new, family owned, assisted living and memory care. We have a positive culture of caring and compassion for our employees and residents.

Must have a passion for seniors while delivering quality care in a safe and efficient manner, using the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide residents with routine daily medication services
  • Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and community policies and procedures
  • As a Med Tech you will follow the plan of care
  • Communicate with staff, residents, family members, resident changes etc..
  • Fosters a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
  • Requirements::
  • NAC/CNA, NAR or HCA acquired within 120 days of hire
  • Must be 18 years of age
  •  Assisting residents with ADL tasks including but not limited to: assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care, ambulation, transfers, serving and assisting with meals, feeding, housekeeping, bed making, and laundry
  • Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
  • Assist other staff as needed on the floors
  • Assist residents to and from meals
  • Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
  • Must be willing to work with staff from all departments to ensure quality of care for residents
  • Keep environment safe and clean for residents
  • Observe residents for safety and report any and all changes in resident condition effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner to LN on duty
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Carry and posses a working knowledge of community paging system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

  • HCA or NAR (Preferred)
