We are hiring for a med tech that can fill in when needed and do caregiving when not performing med tech duties.
Would like someone who can be flexible with their schedule between day and evening shifts.
Also hiring for a 10am - 6pm treatment aid. It is a 4 on 2 off schedule or just 2 days per week.
JOB SUMMARY:
Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance with the established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain top quality care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
- Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures
- Seek licensed staff assistance as needed
- As a Med Tech you will follow the plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
- Fosters a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
