Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members. Identify member specific needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensures WOW Member Service Experience standards are met through active lobby management, checking in with waiting members, interest and willingness to help, and ensuring members current and future needs are fulfilled.
- Opens new consumer and business accounts, to include both deposit and loan products. Focus on retention of current loan and deposit business and developing new consumer and business relationships.
- Make appropriate lending decisions within designated authority.
- Listens and identifies member needs, then recommends and processes solutions. Takes initiative to utilize all available resources to ensure members are assisted completely.
- Performs both account and loan maintenance, assists with submitting necessary documentation to support transactions.
- Conducts outbound calling to members in order to further develop and/or retain lending and deposit relationships.
- Acts as liaison between members and other departments to resolve issues, assisting with courtesy signings, and completion of required forms and documents.
- Listens for clues and identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers to appropriate staff members as appropriate.
- Maintains cash drawer and balances within guidelines established by Credit Union.
- Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by achieving and continuing to develop knowledge of all products and services offered by the credit union.

What You Need To Succeed: (qualifications/experience/certifications, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year progressive experience in the financial services industry
- 1 year proven track record in cross selling products and services

- Knowledge of financial services, to include compliance requirements. Knowledge of loan and account procedures. Knowledge of Robins Financial products and services
