Responsibilities/Duties:

Purpose of Job: Merchandises products including stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Job Duties:

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion – rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered, in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain an ABC Salesman or Solicitor Permit.
• Must be able to work weekdays.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good driving habits.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, and push/pull 300 – 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack.
• Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
• Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit.
