Signature Retail Services is seeking a Lead Merchandiser. A Lead Merchandiser is responsible for completing retail merchandising projects both independently and together with our part time field retail merchandising service representatives in big box home improvement retailers, primarily Lowe's and Home Depot. In this position you will directly support and report to the Territory Manager. This is a fulltime position, flexible schedule, with some travel / overnight stays.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

• 2 to 3 years working as a Retail Merchandiser or Field Supervisor in big box retail stores.
• Ability to teach, train, and provide support for new hires
• Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores
• Ability to communicate effectively

Minimum Requirement:

• Must have a valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance
