Job Summary

UPS is seeking a dynamic Brokerage Network Specialist to support varies departments throughout the Brokerage Network. Does this sound like your ideal career opportunity? If so, we want to hear from you!

This position provides support to the brokerage network teams through content management, solutions, project management and data analysis. The incumbent assists by managing reporting, training, supporting our internal support teams as well as our customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs internal audits
• Displays responsibility for training in some areas of the team
• Maintains content database and generates reports
• Displays responsibility for project management
• Improves existing reporting and analyses tools
• Liaison with Customer and Surety company

Preferences

• Understands Excel and its reporting functions
• Displays ability to maintain organized files and detail oriented
• Possesses business writing and meticulous editing skills
• Displays ability to solicit and gather information through a variety of probing techniques
• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree)
• Brokerage management experience
• Project Management experience
