Hey Nashville! Dream Bird Transportation is looking for enthusiastic and organized Appliance Delivery Helpers who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will work alongside a driver. The team will be responsible for handling the safe delivery and installation of appliances. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are key for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering appliances in a safe and timely manner
• Communicating with customers before, during, and after the delivery process
• Ensuring that all paperwork is filled out accurately and completely
• Load appliances onto trucks in a careful manner to prevent damage
• Install appliances according to manufacturers’ instructions
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire delivery process

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience with deliveries
• Able to lift heavy appliances on a consistent basis with the help of equipment and another person.
• High school diploma or equivalent

This role is a 1099 position. Therefore, the employee is responsible for taxes and insurance. We do have Occupational Accident Insurance (paid by us) in case of any accidents to your person.

We offer a referral bonus that allows you to be paid $50 for every person you recommend that is hired, up to $500.
