We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will be bright, energetic, fun, creative and fearless team members. They will possess an engaging personality who enjoys interacting with a variety of individuals. Naturally, this candidate will possess the appropriate CNA skills and experience to support the Nursing Department.

This CNA opportunity is in a highly desired, standalone non-profit, 5-star senior living community. Nursing Department manages with an emphasis on resident welfare and care rather than corporate metrics. Come see and feel the Fairview difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.
• Assist RN's and LPNs
• Perform ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Make sure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an active Certification as an CNA in the state of CT and be in good standing
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Pass a national background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: Up to $23.50 per hour
