Job Description

We are seeking candidates for a full-time Office Coordinator for one of our clients in Dubuque, IA. The essential job functions involve day-to-day accounting, ticket processing, issuing of payments, answering phones, and assisting customers with questions on their accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of all payables
  • Extensive customer service responsibilities
  • Review and submit all payables and receivables
  • Respond to routine correspondence in a timely fashion
  • Must keep filing up to date and easily accessible
  • General office and accounting support
  • Work together with coworkers to ensure all service work and documentation are up to date
  • Accurate data entry
  • Assist with the verification of daily reports

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have good PC skills – Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
