Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the office and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing the office budget, monthly expenses, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the office is well-maintained.

  • Manage the administrative functions of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms.

  • Assist with the HR administrative tasks.

  • Planning and coordination of employee engagement events

  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory levels.

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence as needed.

  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
