Job Description

Primrose School of Natick is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through kindergarten age. We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our 14-classroom privately operated and family owned preschool. This is new position that will partner closely with the School Owners in supporting the business operations and expansion to new locations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages payroll, billing, facilities/maintenance, information technology and other administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned
  • Oversees leadership team budgets and expense management
  • Manages inventory processes and ordering
  • Performs data entry as needed and maintain accurate system data
  • Helps with planning of school events and communications as needed
  • Contributes to building community awareness and marketing of the school's programs
  • Provides superior customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Assists in keeping school physically well kept, attractive, and safe
Minimum Requirements for Consideration:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, time management and organization skills
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
