Boston Government Services is seeking an Office of Indian Energy Program Analyst.

This position supports the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy in program logistics, Funding Opportunity Announcements, Merit Reviews, and Program and Peer Reviews. Will provide programmatic planning and logistic support requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.


Ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. In addition, they will have an interest in working with American Indian tribes and Alaska Natives to maximize the value of their energy resources.


Responsibilities include:

  • Programmatic planning and logistic support requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Coordination and logistics of program reviews, competitive solicitations, merit reviews and reviewers
  • Data analysis, and development of briefing materials and presentations.
  • General support of the office including meeting coordination, creating agendas, taking minutes, and working with presenters.
  • PowerPoint support for various presentations, workshops, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 plus years of experience.
  • Professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Self-starter, an ability to work both independently and as part of a highly dynamic collaborative team.
  • Ability to balance multiple long and short-term projects and competing priorities.
  • Successful drug screening.
  • Remote Position.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies
  • Working knowledge of American Indian Tribes, Alaska Natives, or other indigenous people


Salary Range:
$70,000 - $95,000.
