Job Description

The Office / Project Admin is capable of working independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision, highly organized, attentive to detail, and a self-starter who finishes tasks in a timely manner. This is a dual role and will assist with logistics, purchasing, sales, and upper management with other duties as assigned. In order to be successful at this role, one must be able to manage multiple priorities at once, solve problems, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They’re reliable individuals who are always willing to help. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities:

Office

  • Receiving, processing, and issuing documentation for material purchases and sales
  • Track and help handle logistics coordination for container and truck movements
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Compute and proofread incoming and outgoing paperwork for accuracy
  • Maintain various internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Upkeep tidiness within office
  • Greet customers, assist with various needs and problems that may occur
  • Schedule truck drivers for pick-up and delivery of materials
  • Communicate with customers about truck driver details and status
  • Maintain meticulous record keeping
  • Translate documents and conversation when needed
  • Assist with other office duties as assigned

Project

  • Process and prepare material for shipment
  • Sort and track inventory on an internal database
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent research, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to be a reliable team player and work independently
  • Ability to be a self-starter with minimal supervision
  • Basic math skills
  • Eagerness to learn and obtain new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
