Job Description

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced Onsite Employee Assistance Professional for a full-time role supporting a large, national airline client with headquarters in Dallas, TX. The Onsite Employee Assistance Professional will be responsible for providing both clinical and employer-support services to airline employees, managers and organizational leadership. This is a one hundred percent on-site role based in Dallas, TX and includes up to twenty percent travel to deliver organizational services such as training, crisis response, employee orientation and health promotion activities, as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In-Person and Video/Telephonic)
  • Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees, Managers and Leadership
  • Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
  • Provides Management Consultations
  • Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response (May Provide Off-Site Critical Incident Response, if Requested by Client)
  • Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
  • Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
  • Maintains Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. – Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Independent Clinical State License to Practice (e.g. - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • Minimum Five (5) Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Experience and Training in Workplace Crisis Response
  • Expertise in Conducting Management Consultations Regarding Employee Performance or Conduct Issues
  • Ability to Travel to Other Sites as Needed via Land or Air Transport to Conduct Training, Critical Incident Response, Employee Orientations, etc.
  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) or CEAP Eligible
  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) or SAP Eligible
  • On-Site EAP or Airline EAP Experience a Plus
